​ADMISSIONS POLICY
Admission into Nigerian Christian Institute (NCI) is through competitive entrance examinations from April - August for the next academic session. Prospective students in JS1, JS2 & SS1 are admitted in September every year. Parents are required to pay a non-refundable entrance fee of Four Thousand Naira Only (N5,000) for the examination.

Note: Submit completed form(s) with two colour passport photo.

 

AGE REQUIREMENTS
Prospective JS1 students should not be less than 10 years old by October of the year of admission.

 

SCHOOL FEES POLICY
Fees are paid directly into the schools account using a teller designated for this purpose. Receipts are issued out by the school upon the deposit of the teller.

 

DISCOUNT
Parents with 3 or more children (must be siblings) will be given 30% discount. Discounts could also be given based on special needs and conditions.

Academic scholarships and prizes are awarded to students with outstanding results after the first session.

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS


1. This form is purchased for just ONE entrance examination (the one on the date indicated on the form).


2. Consequent upon gaining admission, students will operate under the six core values of the NCI namely: EXCELLENCE, DILIGENCE, DISCIPLINE, TEAMWORK, RESPONSIBILITY and  SPIRITUALITY.


3. Consequent upon being successful at the entrance exam, candidate (s) will be interviewed on the stipulated date or within one week thereafter (with permission).


4. Upon candidate's success at the oral interview, acceptance fees as stipulated must be paid within one week of the interview.


5. Consequent upon gaining admission and payment of fees, uniforms will be supplied by the school while books will be bought by the parents.


6. Consequent upon gaining admission into the NCI, students' school fees including affiliate fees (e.g. extension fees, Project Alpha fees, excursion fees, medical fees) are expected to be paid before reopening of every term. 


7. Upon gaining admission, students will be REQUIRED to obey every rule and regulation as stipulated in the student's Handbook and upon failure to do so, there will be punishments as warranted (including corporal punishments, suspensions, expulsion, etc).


8. Consequent upon gaining admission, parents/guardians and students are expected respected constituted authority in the school and accept the decisions of the school as final.


9. For all transfer students, that is those admitted into JS2, and above, transfer certificates MUST be submitted from former school before admission is complete.
